I just had the session with ADJD via Webex. It is all done now.
I reviewed the online market and Blanket.ae came out the best service.
The process was very straightforward. I would like to refer Blanket to my friends.
I love the service so far. Very relevant to many expats in the UAE.
Smooth, responsive, efficient and cost effective in comparison with alternative services.
Great Service and Great Value.

Start Your POAHow do I get a power of attorney to sell property in Dubai?
Answer a few questions online and add your details and ID. We prepare it, you approve the draft, then you sign at a notary in the UAE or from abroad.
Is this a special power of attorney?
Yes. A special power of attorney is for one specific job, here selling or buying a property. Renting out and looking after a property is a separate power of attorney.
Can one power of attorney cover selling and buying?
Yes. Selling one property and buying another can go in the same power of attorney. Choose both in the form.
How long is it valid?
You can choose until the transaction is complete, which counts as one year for the notary fee. Otherwise you choose one year, two years or longer. The notary fee is about AED 100 for each year.
Will the Dubai Land Department, my bank or the developer accept it?
No document is guaranteed to work with every organisation. We check what the intended recipient currently requires before preparing your POA. The recipient still makes the final decision.
