We stand behind the quality of our wills. If the court rejects your will for registration, we'll refund you 100%. If we made an error, we'll fix it at no cost. For anything else, you may be eligible for a refund.
Court acceptance guarantee
If the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department or DIFC courts reject your will for registration due to an error in how we drafted or prepared it, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
This guarantee applies regardless of when the rejection occurs.
Updates and corrections
Your purchase includes unlimited updates to your will for 12 months. Updates are not considered new orders and do not restart the refund period.
If Blanket made an error in drafting, translating, or processing your will, we will correct it at no charge, regardless of when you discover the issue.
Standard refund policy
You can contact us to request a refund within 60 days of purchase, provided we have not started translating your will to Arabic.
Once Arabic translation has begun, we no longer issue refunds under the standard policy because translation costs are incurred at that point.
What's not refundable
Court registration fees paid directly to the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department or DIFC are non-refundable once submitted. These are government fees, not Blanket fees.
