UAE
Will
online.
Create your will with the platform built for cross-border lives, protecting your family, assets and wishes in the UAE and beyond.

Estate planning for
cross-border lives.
Start with a UAE will. We look at the wider picture, so your estate plan fits the life you actually live.
Decide who inherits, who handles your estate, and who should care for your children.
Cover assets and family ties outside the UAE, including UK wills now and more countries over time.
Let someone you trust act for you while you're alive, when you're abroad, unavailable, or unable to handle something yourself.
Store the important documents, track what's done, and keep the next steps clear, so your family isn't left searching later.
The UAE Will.
Smartest way to protect what you've built
Without a will, UAE courts may decide who raises your children and what happens to everything you own.
A registered will keeps you in control. You decide who cares for your children, who gets what, and who handles everything when you're gone.
Our UAE wills are prepared for Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) registration. The fast-track option is available depending on your situation.

What your will can cover
Who gets your assets
Decide who should receive your money, property, savings and personal belongings if something happens to you.
Who looks after your children
Name the people you would want to care for your children. You can also name backup guardians.
Who handles everything
Choose the person who should deal with your estate, follow your wishes and help your family through the process.
Arabic translation and registration guidance
Your will is prepared in English and Arabic, and we guide you through the ADJD / ADGM registration steps.
Your digital life
Include digital assets such as online accounts, crypto, wallets, domains and other important digital property.
Changes later
If life changes, such as a new child, new property or a move, you can update your will instead of starting from zero.
How it works
Start by telling us about your life. We’ll help you create your UAE will, and tailor your estate plan to fit the life you actually live.
Tell us about your life
Answer a few simple questions about your family, assets and wishes. Most people complete this part in around 10–15 minutes.

Blanket starts with your UAE will and highlights any other estate-planning documents that may be relevant for your situation.
We prepare your documents
If you choose to move forward, we check whether anything is missing or unclear, and prepare your UAE will and any other selected documents based on your answers.
You review before anything moves forward
You review the will and any other documents, ask questions, and request changes if needed. Nothing moves to signing or registration until you are satisfied.
We guide you through the formalities
The final steps depend on the document. For a UAE will, this usually means Arabic translation, signing, and moving through ADJD or ADGM submission and notarization.
Please note that the wait time for regular ADJD notarization appointments is currently around 3 months on average because the court is receiving a high volume of submissions. Faster options may be available depending on your situation.
Stay informed from start to finish.
Track your progress online, get updates as your will moves forward, and get help whenever something is unclear.
See where your will is in the process, from draft preparation to signing and registration.
We tell you when there is something to review, sign or upload, and when no action is needed.
Use chat or support to get clarification as you move through the process, without needing a separate consultation just to understand the next step.

Common questions
Yes. Blanket can help UAE residents create a will for ADJD or ADGM registration, depending on the route selected. Many Dubai residents use the ADJD route, and the process can be completed online without travelling to Abu Dhabi.
UAE wills are where most customers start, because that is often the most urgent document if you live, work, bank or own assets in the UAE.
But many people also have family, property, bank accounts or responsibilities in more than one country. Blanket helps you understand what else your estate plan may need, including home-country wills where relevant. UK wills are available now, with more jurisdictions being added.
No. Blanket is a legaltech platform, not a traditional law firm. We provide a structured online process, document preparation, review, Arabic translation and registration guidance.
For highly complex, disputed or tax-heavy situations, or where you need bespoke legal advice, we may recommend getting additional specialist advice.
Blanket is designed for people who want to put a registered UAE will in place without going through the traditional law firm process.
It works especially well for straightforward or moderately complex family and asset situations, including couples, children, UAE assets, digital assets, and people with assets or family ties across countries.
You complete your details online, then we prepare your draft and check whether anything is missing or unclear. You review the draft, ask questions or request changes if needed.
For a UAE will, the next steps usually include Arabic translation, signing, and ADJD / ADGM submission and notarization. We keep you updated as the file moves forward and tell you when action is needed from you.
Most people complete the online questions in around 10–15 minutes.
After that, we prepare and review the draft, then arrange Arabic translation where required. The court registration step is separate.
Please note that the current wait time for regular ADJD notarization appointments is around 3 months on average. Faster options are available depending on your situation.
No. Blanket’s fee is separate from the ADJD court fee. The ADJD court fee is paid separately to the court.
The current ADJD fee is AED 950 for an individual will and AED 1,900 for mirror wills. We show these fees clearly before you pay so there are no surprises.
Blanket’s fee covers the online will process, preparation of your draft, review of your details, Arabic translation where required, and guidance through the registration steps.
Court / government fees are paid separately.
This is uncommon because the will is prepared using lawyer-drafted wording and checked before submission. If ADJD asks for a correction or change, we help update the will and guide the next steps.
If ADJD rejects your will because of an error attributable to Blanket, we correct it at no extra cost. If it is still rejected after reasonable corrections, we refund Blanket’s fee.
Tell us during the online questionnaire. A UAE will can often include overseas assets, but in some countries a separate local will may be better.
We flag this where relevant so your UAE will does not sit in isolation from the rest of your estate plan.
UK wills are available now as an add-on, with more jurisdictions being added.
Yes. You can include digital assets such as online accounts, crypto, domains and other digital property. This helps your family understand what exists and where to find important information.
You can update your will if your situation changes, for example if you have a child, buy property, move country, change executors or update beneficiaries.
Ongoing updates are available through optional Blanket Membership.
